FLORAL TRIBUTES FOR JIM REEVES AND DEAN MANUEL  ON  JULY 31, 2009

In commemoration of the 45th  anniversary of the deaths of Jim Reeves and Dean Manuel, floral tributes have been placed on the graves of both men on July 31st.

On July 28, 2009 Lani Arnold sent a letter to the editor of the PANOLA WATCHMAN to thank the members of Troop 268 of the Boy Scouts of America for the work they did to revitalize the Jim Reeves Memorial.
