AUCTION OF JIM REEVES' MEMORABILIA ON DECEMBER 8, 2001 

On December 8, there was be an auction of memorabilia of various country music artists, such as Jim Reeves, The Blue Boys, Gene Autrey, Faron Young, Carl Smith,  Conway Twitty at the I-24 EXPO CENTER at Smyrna, TN.  

The auction was conducted by Frank Collier who organized a previous auction on June 16. The Jim Reeves items were withdrawn one day before the auction.

Items such as the cars and the pink piano have been listed on Ebay auctions since  but the bids never matched the reserve price of these items. According To Mr. Gregory  quite a number of items have been sold. Items known to have been sold are: at least  three stage costumes,  the pink piano, Jimís diamond ring,  a baby  Martin guitar,  a Silvertone guitar and the 1960 Cadillac Eldorado.

Jimís bus  has not been sold yet, at least it was advertised again on Ebay  at the end of  January.
